Sammy is Back!!
WHEN: Wednesday Sept. 1
TIME: 3:00-4:00
Wednesdays will Sammy will resume beginning Sept. 1 from 3:00-4:00PM.
Children of all ages are invited to sign-up to read to Sammy, the Yorkie-Poo. (Not reading words yet? You can tell Sammy about the pictures!) Sign-up at the circulation desk for a 20 minute session.
Sammy, the three year old pup, will visit the library each week with his owner Elaine Clark, a retired Wrentham school teacher who loves working with kids, dogs and books!!  
 

Junior Volunteer Club
Students in grades 5-7 are invited to join our Jr. Volunteer Club. Choose one hour per week after school to help out in the Children's Room. Volunteers put away books, adopt a shelf to straighten, make nametags for storytime and more! Many also join the Reading Buddy Program and read to a younger child each week. See Miss Liz to sign up.

Reading Buddies (Ages 5-10)
Sign up today for a weekly reading time with a Jr. Volunteer. Meet with your buddy for 20 minutes each week to listen to a good story or practice your reading skills.

Fall Storytimes
Registration for FALL Toddler Time (ages 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 in Mom, Dad or caregiver's lap) or Preschool Storytime (ages 3 1/2 to K) has begun. Join us for stories, songs, poems and parachute play. Call 384-5440 x21, or stop in the Children's Dept. and see Miss Liz. Programs are free but food donations for the Wrentham Food Pantry gratefully accepted.
