Earth Day Crafts
WHEN: Sat., April 17
TIME: 12:00-2:30

All ages are welcome to drop in to the Children's Program Room anytime between 12-2:30 to make a hummingbird feeder, painted flowerpot, or a Cheerio Bird Feeder.

Learning Through Play
WHEN: Wednesdays March 17 ; April 28
TIME: 1:00-2:00

Self Help Inc., Community Partnerships for Children is offering Learning Through Play once again.
Learning Through Play is a FREE monthly playgroup for preschool children and their families. Come join us for fingerplays, books and a craft as we Learn Through Play.

Canned-good donations will be gratefully accepted for the Wrentham Food Pantry.

Wednesdays with Sammy
WHEN: Wednesdays
TIME: 3:00-4:00

You are invited to sign-up to read to Sammy, the Yorki-Poo. (not reading words yet? You can tell Sammy about the pictures.) Sammy, the two year old pup will visit the library each week with his owner, Elaine Clark, a retired Wrentham school teacher who loves working with kids, dogs and books!

NOTE : Sammy, the Yorkie-Poo is on a short vacation. If you would like to read to him this winter please leave your name at the circulation desk to be called when he returns.

Junior Volunteer Club
Students in Grades 5-7 are invited to join our Junior Volunteer Club. Choose one hour a week after school to help out in the Children's Room. Volunteers put away books, adopt a shelf to straighten, make nametags for storytime and more! Many also join the Reading Buddy program and read to a younger child each week. See Miss Liz to sign up.
 

Reading Buddies (Ages 5-10)
Sign up today for a weekly reading time with a Jr. Volunteer. Meet with your buddy for 20 minutes each week to listen to a good story or practice your reading skills.

Lego Club
WHEN:  Saturdays
TIME : 2:30-3:45

Held in the Sweatt Meeting Room. Just drop-in and join the fun, no registration required.

Lego donations always appreciated!!
 

Storytime
Registration for Toddler Time (ages 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 in Mom, Dad, Caregiver's lap) or Preschool Storytime (ages 3 1/2 to K) is ongoing. Join us for stories, songs, poems and parachute play. Call 384-5440 ext. 21, or stop in the Children's Dept. and see Miss Liz to leave your name for the next session.

Program is free but food donations for the Wrentham Food Pantry gratefully accepted.
