PASSPORT & TRAVEL SERVICES - Find downloadable passport forms
(forms also available in the library), along with travel warnings, consular
information sheets and more.
The Reference Librarian and the Director are designated Passport Acceptance
Agents.
Completed applications for NEW passports, replacement of an expired, lost, or
stolen passport are accepted BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Wed. & Thurs. from 12-2 and 6-7:30 and on
some Saturdays from 1-3. Applications must be complete with
photos, birth certificate and any other documentation needed when brought in for
review.
In addition to Passport fee there is an acceptance fee ($25) and mailing fee
(either $5.60 or $17.50).
If just renewing a passport (not expired) you do not have to go through us but
can just mail application on your own.

We CAN NOT accept applications on a Drop-In Basis.

can access remotely using your library card and PIN. Some available practice
tests are SAT’s; Nursing Exams; GRE; Paramedic; Reading Skills Improvement and
MORE!
NOVELIST Find fiction titles based on favorite author, title or
description. Browse lists based on genre or awards, search by subject heading,
reviews, publishers. Read and use feature articles, book discussion group guide,
and book talks developed exclusively for NOVELIST.
To access this database in the library simply connect to the Internet and click
on the link on the homepage or go under Favorites. From home go to the internet
and type in search.epnet.com. You will be prompted for a user name which is
Fiske and a password which is Novelist and you are ready to go !!
Access
